Shopping Information

All products listed on our webshop are subject to availability. We strive to keep accurate and up-to-date information regarding product availability, but in some cases, products may become unavailable or out of stock.
We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, please note that the representation of products on our website may slightly differ from the actual product due to variations in monitors and displays.

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your purchase. This email serves as a confirmation that we have received your order.
In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel it. In such cases, we will notify you via email and provide a full refund for any payments made.

Shipment

On the productpage there should be an indication of when your item ships. Usually this is within 3 – 5 business days. After the item has been shipped, you will receive a track and trace number by e-mail.

Returns & Refunds

Conditions

We accept returns and provide refunds only for products that arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving the item.
All return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise by our customer support team.

Process

To initiate a return, please provide detailed information about the damage or defect along with supporting evidence such as photographs. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the damage or defect. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Flat Earth Shopping shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or website.
We make no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the performance or suitability of our products for any particular purpose.
